Certifications

The ISO 9001:2008 Quality Certification was obtained by 2LD on July 4th, 2012, with the aim of continuously improving the quality of service offered to the customer. For this reason, 2LD decided to adopt a quality control system for its internal processes, undergoing the audits required by the ISO 9001:2008 standard. To achieve this goal, the company has implemented a set of technical controls and management activities that allow it to offer customers products with higher quality and value in compliance with production specifications (quality as a distinctive characteristic of the processes).
The accreditation body CERTIND issued the certification for EA activity sectors no. 33, 35: events, institutional and corporate communication, strategic and operational marketing, website/e-commerce development, and set-ups.
Thanks also to the new management system, we are able to guarantee the correct functioning of the entire production process, from the receipt of the order request to the delivery of the requested materials and services.

PdR UNI 125:2022

2LD has obtained the PdR UNI 125:2022 Certification with the aim of promoting equal rights and opportunities between men and women, recognizing and valuing gender differences to establish a fair balance between the sexes. In the context of personnel management, 2LD is committed to ensuring genuine equal treatment of all personnel at every stage of the employment relationship. This includes selection procedures, contractual conditions offered during hiring, pre-onboarding and onboarding phases, role assignment, and performance evaluation. The accreditation body ACCREDIA has issued the certification for the following scope of application: Organization of corporate and sustainable events, off-line communication (graphic design, logo creation, brochure and communication material creation), on-line communication (website development, e-commerce, digital marketing, social media marketing, press office).

2LD has obtained ISO 14001:2015 certification with the aim of managing and reducing environmental impacts, with a focus on climate improvement. The result achieved by 2LD is a testament to its continuous commitment and efforts to improve environmental performance. This demonstrates a constant focus on its future development. The accreditation body IAS has issued the certification for the following scope: Organization of events, institutional and corporate communication, strategic and operational marketing, e-commerce, and set-ups.

ISO 20121:2012

2LD has obtained ISO 20121 certification for its commitment to the sustainability of our events. This recognition attests to our dedication to responsible and sustainable practices in event management, demonstrating our tangible contribution towards environmental conservation and the well-being of the communities in which we operate. 2LD is committed to conducting a thorough analysis of the significant impacts of the event on the key areas of sustainability: social, environmental, and economic. The accreditation body IAB has issued the certification for the following scope: Organization of events, institutional and corporate communication, strategic and operational marketing, website/e-commerce development, and set-ups.
