PDR reports
Our organization, in order to ensure both company employees and stakeholders, the opportunity to contribute to the improvement of the Management System for gender equality in compliance with UNI PDR 125:2022. Every worker can file complaints and reports in relation to facts and incidents regarding gender equality issues, violation of selection and hiring policies, complaints regarding issues, analysis of any whistleblowing mechanisms, incidents or reports of violence or abuse, non-compliant KPIs that occurred in the workplace or related to it and in conflict with the principles of UNI PDR 125/2022. For this reason, the organization has designated the members of the Gender Equality Committee as a specific contact person to whom you can turn and has set up a channel for anonymous reporting; therefore, anyone can send any communications regarding non-compliance with gender equality issues, using the send report button.
